Is Novah a CRM? Does it Store My Leads and Prospect Data?

Novah is not a CRM. Novah examines data that could potentially be in your CRM, but leads and prospect data is no Novah's focus.

The specific person, important dates, related activity, etc. don't matter because Novah simply needs to know how well each rep has performed day-by-day.

How is Novah Different from a Dashboard/Data Tool?

Novah isn't a dashboard tool. Novah analyzes your sales reps activity, creates solutions based on your sales playbook, and then displays them to you in one sentence.

Dashboard tools just show you 25 charts of segmented data that you have to put together yourself to mentally understand what's going on with an individual rep.

Can I Manage Different Clients, Roles, and KPIs Under One Novah Account? 

Yes, Novah allows you to create multiple 'Organizations'.

These are basically pods of sales rep teams, which can be used to separate your clients reps under one Novah account.

This is great for sales agencies, appointment setting agencies, etc.

How Does Novah Get the Data from My Sales Team?

How Many Reps Do I Need for Novah to Be Worth It

The short answer is, 1 rep :) But the complicated answer is, at least 3.

With some of our built in features like leaderboards, rep scores, etc. it's hard to see the payoff of these systems with less than 3 reps.

How Much Time Would It Take to Onboard Our Team to Use Novah?

Data importing & migration can take a couple days for the Novah team to process.

Besides that, the training and onboarding usually is completed on the Kick-Off Call (45-60 mins). After that, typically there are a handful of questions that drip in during the first week of use, but besides that, your team is ready to go and onboarded!
